If you need a refund then we do initiate a refund on the same day for .If you booked our service and our service professional partner  reached your location for the service but you chage your dicision to do not want to take our service  you have to pay the visiting Fees to our professional service partner.

a. You booked our service and our professional parter visit your location and complete the the job but you’re saying that you’re not satisfied / liked their work and claiming refund in that senario we don’t provide any refund .

b. For the security deposit you will get the deposit money fully refund as per the service contract.

c. If you booked our service then change your mind you have to cancel it within 15 minutes of the book time .If you don’t then you have to pay visiting fees .

d. If you want to reschedule the booking then you can but you have to inform us .

e.If the refund is approved, it will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
